  • Our items are selected for their style, rarity, condition, or craftsmanship. As many pieces are antique or vintage, signs of wear should be expected.

  • Condition reports and additional images are available upon request. We are happy to assist with any reasonable enquiries to support your purchasing decision.

  • Additional details such as attribution, description, date, age, and origin represent our best judgement and are not guaranteed.

  • Dimensions are approximate and may involve estimates. If specific measurements are essential to your decision, please confirm them with us before ordering.

4. Payment

  • The price of a product is the price shown at checkout when you press “Confirm Order”, or the price stated in our order confirmation email.

  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error, and the correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before accepting your order.

  • If we process an order where the pricing error is obvious and should reasonably have been recognised by you, we may cancel the order, refund any payments made, and request the return of any goods supplied.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major debit/credit cards.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer to our company account.

  • All personal information, including payment details, is stored securely.

  • Payment is usually required in full. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in interest charges of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated from the due date until payment is made.

  • We may cancel a sale if payment terms are breached. Deposits paid to reserve an item are non refundable if the order is later cancelled.

  • Legal title to goods passes only once full cleared payment has been received.

5. Returns & Refunds

This section applies only to consumers.

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Consumers have the right to return items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them.

  • You must notify CuriosToff of your intention to return within this 14 day period.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched, within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Any deterioration in condition may affect your right to a full refund.

  • Items remain your responsibility until received by CuriosToff.

  • Returns are not accepted for items purchased in-store; all in store sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please email detailed photographs to shop@CuriosTofflondon.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

6. Force Majeure

CuriosToff is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shortages of staff. In such cases, the time for performance will be extended accordingly.

7. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Each paragraph operates independently.

8. Liability

All goods are supplied on the basis that CuriosToff’s liability for any defect or fault is limited to an amount not exceeding the purchase price of the goods.

9. Copyright & Image Rights

This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including design, layout, graphics, and appearance. Reproduction is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice forming part of these terms.
