We offer free shipping on orders over £100 for full price orders. UK delivery only. Some exclusions apply.
Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. CuriosToff is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by customs clearance.

We only ship with trusted third party carriers.

UK Delivery We would ask you to be available to sign for your order. If unavailable you may need to rearrange the delivery.

CITES Items covered by CITES regulations require bespoke shipping if delivery is outside the UK. Please contact us to discuss bespoke shipping options.

Shipping costs will be covered by CuriosToff but the additional costs of CITES documentation and clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Express shipping Express delivery or special delivery requirements should be requested by contacting us to discuss bespoke options. These shipping specifications will incur additional charges, which will be clearly explained to the customer.

**In exceptional circumstances, or for unusually large or heavy items, CuriosToff reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERSThe following clause only applies if you are a consumer.

Upon receipt of your order, please unpack and inspect your items as soon as possible.

Consumers are entitled to return any items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving physical possession of the works.

In this situation, the customer should notify CuriosToff of their decision to return the order within the 14 day time period. The cost of the return delivery is to be borne by the customer and the items should be returned to CuriosToff in original packaging, and in the same condition as when despatched by us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification. Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund.

The items will remain the responsibility of the customer until physically received by CuriosToff.

If there are any issues with the condition of your item(s) upon receipt, please send detailed photographic evidence to us by email at shop@CuriosToff.com. We will aim to respond as quickly as possible and within 48 hours.
